Problem responding to PM's on 05/19/2009 00:43:36 MDT Print View

Recently, instead of getting a reply page when I click on the link in a PM email I recieve, I get redirected to the home page.

I've been getting round this by searching for the username and clicking on their profile to use the send PM link.

Today I recieved a PM and the search facility can't find the username.

Help please.

Hi Roger,

I had the same issue, resolved itself, and to get around it I simply opened a browser on the BPL home page and logged. Then fired up the email with the PM link and all was good.

Try that and see if it works

Hmmm, tried logging out and back in, but still no joy. Found the username though so no immediate worry. Thanks anyway Mark.
