.. this time it's my coveted R1 Hoodie. That thing is always misplaced.

I'm excited for a small overnight trip to Mount Mansfield in VT. Any NE'ers with any tips?

The trails on Mansfield are closed now through Memorial day I think for mud season, so you have time to find that hoody.

You might want to get a copy of the Trail Map for Northern VT at the GMC site above. It includes Mansfield.
The Long Trail has an enclosed shelter with a caretaker on both the south side and north side approaches. You can make a nice loop hike, but I like going south to north over and down the "Nose" and "Chin".
