I'm looking to modify my Jam 2 to cut weight, and would like to know if anyone has any pointers.

Hi Justin,

Suggestion. Cut all extra lengths of webbing you wont need. Cut out the bladder sleeve maybe the foam backing. Thats if you put your matt inside the pack. If you dont need the axe loops ect cut them off. You should save a few ounces. Anything extra on the pack you dont really need. You could save about 5 oz + or -. Or you could get a lighter pack.
