Aaron, the Tarptent weighs 18 ounces without pole or 21 ounces with pole. Treking pole can be used instead of pole. Pole included. The SD Ultra Light Year tent weighs 2 pounds 14 ounces including Ti stakes. You could save a couple of ounces by deleting the pole sack and using a silnylon stuff sack or no stuff sack. Thank You.
