Patagonia Houdini windshirt, women's size large. Full front zip and hood, sage green color. A whopping 3.5oz/100g on my digital scale. In perfect condition, DWR is excellent.

I would expect so. Typically women's tops have more hip room, sleeve lengths vary, etc.

The Houdini is Spartan on the features to get the weight down. There is a "Napoleon" pocket inside the left chest with a couple Velcro tabs, to form a self-stowing stuff sack. There are no other pockets.
