today I noticed that all the pictures I pposted from photobucket have turned to little icons saying "photobucket.com Bandwidth exceeded"

has anyone else had this problem? what do I do to fix it?

Wait? Most likely too many people have viewed your pictures recently. After a while, your average bandwidth use should drop and they will work again. Check photobucket.com's site for details on bandwidth limits.
