Dave,

How tall are you? Will the Mitylite fit 6'2" or better?

Thanks

Is that Mitylite the bluish color or the newer greenish color?

Todd, the MityLite is a 6'3" rectangle bag. I'm 6'2 1/2" and mine works for me. $145 is a GREAT price!

for RICHARD on 01/12/2009 22:54:19 MST Print View

Hi Richard,

Well, I am a hair over 6' at 220 lbs and fit great. I like the idea of a variable girth quilt, hence the Ghost is the ideal solution between weight/length/warmth. The correct way to use these things is to snap the quilt together at the top then sort of pull it over your head and adjust the line lock to suit around your shoulders. The two straps underneath can be pulled in for added warmth or left loose for venting. The wider quilts, in my opinion, are too wide and usually need to be adjusted to provide reasonable warmth. I never had issues being a side sleeper and tossing at night....there was enough wiggle room to work for me and stay warm. I have had it into the 20's without any trouble (layered clothes too).

These things really work great and are the absolute BEST concept to cover the widest range of conditions possible and at the same time be ultralight. Can't say enough good things about them.

Hope that helps,

regards Dave
