This time around I'm ISTJ. 78/88/62/22 respectively.

When I took the test 3 years ago I was ISTP.

You are:

* slightly expressed extravert
* distinctively expressed intuitive personality
* distinctively expressed thinking personality
* slightly expressed judging personality

Surprisingly I think this is fairly accurate. I should probably be "distinctively expressed" on the judging bit though.

The funny thing is, I often find myself unable to decide between different answers to the questions in this type of test. I want an option "c" which says, "either a or b, depending on the situation". Perhaps this says something about my personality (strongly thinking and judging, not intuitive). I really dislike being forced to choose one of the two incorrect responses! Does anyone else have this problem? I am delighted when I come across a question that has a clear answer, which is only about 1 in 5 of them I think (maybe less). For the rest of them I grimace and choose the lesser of the two evils.

Todd,

I too repeated the test a couple of weeks apart and again INTJ, also an Engineer. Maybe we should throw "engineer" into the correlation :-)

Better minds than mine might want to come up with a song, "INTJ", sung to the tune of "YMCA".

Cult of Personality: Ryan Jordan on 01/03/2009 13:15:20 MST Print View

What is interesting is that in sales, if it often said that you sell more often to people like yourself.

I believe that Ryan Jordan is an INTJ and engineer by education.

Perhaps he has created a movement and website that appeals very much to people like himself in personality and perspective?

Given the high number of INTJs, myself being one of them, that are showing up on the personality profile, there might be something to Ryan Jordan being a magnet for like/similar personalities?

Or is it that many UL Backpackers are INTJs???

Tony -
"What is interesting is that in sales, if it often said that you sell more often to people like yourself."

If you want to Stay in sales you learn how to recognize other styles and adjust accordingly.

"Or is it that many UL Backpackers are INTJs???"

Or is it that many >>BPL<< members are INJT??...

Looking at the emotional rhetoric on some other sites I believe you would see a different profile spread there.

"ENFP

Feeling.........31
Perceiving......78

I think David and I will need to have our own little support group for the non-INTJ crowd." - said Dirk Rabdau

I had to search for another ENFP. I scored 22/62/25/33. I can't disagree with most of the description from the provided Keirsey.com link of my type Idealist/Champion. 2-3% of the population? I often feel that removed from the rest of my fellow man.

and I just happen to be another engineer...

ENTP makes me an Inventor?? - Hmmm... I guess I better get to work inventing some new UL Gear.

Yet another INTJ

Introverted 44
Intuitive 62
Thinking 38
Judging 1

...and I am SO intuitive, but I already knew that!

Work:
IT (doing that now!)
Computer Programming (I'm not a code monkey, been there, done that.)
Corporate Lawyer (a bit too late for that!)

Famous people of this particular type:
