Does the above accomplish what you want?

If you click on the Reply button in the header of the target entry it will appear above your edit window, making it easier to cut and paste. This is particularly useful if you want to extract several phrases for individualized responses.

Greg:

All the "blockquote" function does is indent the quote -- to better differentiate from the rest of the post. So, here's what I did:

1. Click reply button
2. Highlight/copy whatever I want to quote
3. Type < blockquote> paste the stuff here < /blockquote>

No space within the html commands, of course.
