How has the inclement weather affected you?

My wife and I were supposed to travel to Tucson yesterday for a week of hiking in the warm sun. The storm that paralyzed Seattle resulted in our flight being canceled. Since we couldn't get out of town until later this week and into Tucson until Sunday -- there are not a lot of flights out of Juneau -- we had to abandon our plans and are now heading out into the familiar trails of home.

Anyone else's plans dashed as a result of the uncontrollable weather?

And my flight from Seattle to the Bay Area to see family and do a little hiking are on hold due to the weather.

We are stuck by the same wintry weather...Although I will say that snow in the Cascades is always welcome, shoveling snow from the driveway is not so much fun. Yes, we have to do it once every few years, so compared to our friends elsewhere we have it easy. But it's not my fault others chose to live in Buffalo.

But we will still try to get to the Bay Area for a little family time.
