Not the most intuitive site at first but worth taking the time to explore and figure out IMO.
It lets you do some pretty interesting nutritional analysis such as nutritional density, fullness factor, etc. on individual foods or the combinations of foods you eat throughout the day.
Very interesting to substitute one food for another and see the results.
