I don't know... there are certain 'repetitive motions of great sophistication and elaboration' in one that I wouldn't replicate in the other -- not on a public trail anyway...

While reading some studies into the effect of boots and shoes on ankle sprains I came across this conclusion.

With adequate enthusiasm an ankle sprain is possible.

They've obviously never tried the Bulgarian perversion.

Both do sound the same when everyone involved is wearing cuben fiber.

Can I recommend some protection when you enter wet areas ? You may not feel at one with nature but it can be safer.
