david, after reading the article, i found it hard to believe that a foot could detach off a leg. i suppose it is possible. but why not other body parts, such as hands. why are they finding just the feet? do you think their mainstream media is like ours, and doesn't tell you everything?? just a thought

Hmm, sounds more to me like an extreme sect of the UL community. Just look at the vocabulary in the article: walking, New Balance, running shoe, small size, blurry, 1,300-kilometre length, As far as northern B.C, sites, disappeared, naturally disarticulated, buoyant sneakers, 50 kilometres west, Everest, condition of the feet, in water or in the ground, clothing applied to the body...

Miguel, the shoe was first claimed to be an Innov-8 Rocklite but then determined to be a New Balance by the Canadian Crack CSI team. Believe it or not, there are a few ultralighters up here.
