Yah, the TOS were pretty daunting. ;)

I heard they've already toned it down a bit regarding intellectual property/copyrights.

No, I don't own a Mac. (Often wish I did, though...)

Not available for Mac yet. :(
Their introductory comic suggests some pretty big changes. I just hope Google will be benevolent in their rule of the entire universe.
