A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I bought some stuff from the BPL shop with here credit card. Now my profile name is her name. I need to get this fixed ASAP please.

Can you just make my name "Dave H."?

Gillian,

Look at the top of this page and click on 'My Account'.

At the bottom right click 'Manage My Support Issues'.

Describe what you need.
Things are generally fixed the next business day.
