A few years ago I hiked a trail to a lake for the first time since college. I was surprised how easy of a hike it was because I remember being very tired when I returned. I stood on the shore of that lake and I could hear a young womans voice. "Warm some water for the wash towells because you need to check me for ticks." Then I remembered why I had been so tired.
