I don't need a new pack right now. Just wanted to say nice looking packs Tim.

these are from a few years ago. I feel my skills in making gear have really improved since then. However, i appreciate the compliment.

Even though they are older they haven't seen much use. Less than 3 nights each.

The G4 is newer and unused.

I tentatively want that pack, what is the approximate volume of it?

the volume should be the same as the comercial G4 at gossamer gear

# 3,500 c.i. (57 l.) total
# 2,800 c.i. (46 l.) in main pack body/extension collar
# 700 c.i. (11 l.) in all pockets combined

Tim,
I received the pack today. What a killer deal on a nicely made pack! It fits great and is super comfortable. I'm looking forward to trying it out this summer in the UP on the North Country Trail.

the last pack has enough people in line that it will soon be gone.

However, I am very interested in designing and making packs to meet you guy's needs.

I am currently working on designing a custom pack that i will make available on here in the months to come.

I have been overwhelmed by the response i have been getting on these packs. Thanks to everyone.

FYI i am also designing and will soon make available a bug bivy & tarp combo. so keep your eyes open.
