BPL staff,
Bug report: in Firefox 2.0.0.14, clicking the 'display avatars' box to de-select it does nothing. Avatars are still visible.

I have the same issue with Firefox 3 beta 5.

Display avatars should be working properly now. It will also remember the selection across page views and sessions.

Thanks for the modification; I noticed it on standard blogs. But on other pages it still does not work.

Should be now working on the article pages also.
