My son just graduated with a BS in Finance from Arizona State U (Magna Cum Laude!..OK, he gets it from his mom)
loves the outdoors, hiking, triathalon, etc. As opposed to a classic desk job, he wants to possibly look for something in
recruiting, training, or finance (would consider others) related to outdoors. He's very location flexible.

One suggestion was REI. We buy a lot of gear there, but don't know much about careers there (or other companies / related areas).
