Does anyone have a pattern for a ARC style quilt? I have a Nuntak ARC Ghost, and I would like to make some of my own quilts with the same cut, but out of Climashield insulation. Thanks.

i kind of followed the instructions available at thru-hiker.com. i've never done synthetic, just down, but i just looked at the pattern there and then jumped in with my own measurements - approximately what was suggested. everything turned out well, except the footbox was a bit smaller than i had anticipated.

do you have scrap fabric? buy some bedsheets at a thrift store, hack them up and sew a prototype. good luck!
