which store offer min 1/2 yd or less fabric? I know about seattlefabrics but want to look at other option to compare prices.

Outdoor Wilderness Fabrics, Inc (http://owfinc.com/) sells less than 1/2 yards of fabric, I think I even bought 1/4 yard from them at one point.
