Does anyone have experience using Integral Design's Primaliner as a standalone sleeping bag?

Also are the any alternatives of similar fashion one would recommend?

By alternatives, I presume you simply mean really light weight synthetic mummy-ish bags?

MontBell: Ss.Burrow Bag #7 or U.L.Alpine Burrow Bag #7 come immediately to mind. That or a quilt... BPL or MLD come to mind.

Def interested in anyone's experiences with the ID primaliner as well.

note: I'm skinny and prefer a very narrow fitting bag.
