For some reason I can not add my gear list to my profile. I have tried it in excell format and word format but it just says "invalid extension specified on file" what is up with that. Thanks for the help.

Your gearlist must be in .pdf format as it says on that upload page.

A number of free online utilities exist in which you can convert your .xls file to a .pdf which you can then upload to BPL.
