Thought I'd share this good article (with video demonstrations)from active.com, about ways to lace your shoes to help with foot/fit problems such as hot spots on the top of the foot, general top-of-foot soreness, cramped or blackened toes, etc.

Would you please Edit your post to add about 6 more lines before the link... When I try to copy I get all the menu stuff on the right edge.

LOVE IT! Time to see if this old dog can learn new tricks. Of course, I'm kind of attached to my easy-to-untie hard-to-come-loose double-over method. Maybe I should make a video......
