I was tired of my hardcloth failing all the time, but was at a loss for cheap alternatives.

Then I hacked up one of these and it is super sturdy.

It's a good thing you do the cooking, your wife woulda been awfull upset seeing her rack in shreds. :)

Dan it not a problem my loaves of bread just span the hole. I now can only make buns and scones bigger than 5"
