Schrade CH7 knife. I have one of these and they are a great trail knife. You push a button to free the knife from the lanyard.

The Schrade CH7 weighs 2.8oz. It isn't a terribly sturdy knife, but it does have a decent handle a large flat blade suited to general cutting and food prep and the snap-off lanyard feature is nice. It is certainly worth the $$.
