Here is my current gear list. I used it recently in the Shenandoah NP with one night in low 30's and another night in low 20's. I was comfortable both nights. Note I only took both pads because I thought the low temps might be pushing my bag's limit. Do you see any problems or have any suggestions.

I should add that I am looking to build a light weight kit capable of 3+ seasons in East Coast Mountains. I usually go solo and hike 15 miles/day depending on length of day and topography. My number one priority is being safe (i.e. to live)... then it would be nice to handle rain, light snows, and temps in the teens with fair comfort... then to enjoy my experience.

Any additions I need? or trimming possible?

Great list. I also have several Montbell items in my gear lists.
I'd suggest replacing your 38oz goretex shoes with Inov8 mid-top goretex 390s at about 28 oz. The are a little soft if you are using light 12 point crampons, but they work great with the very light and low profile Grivel Spider instep crampons. Being mid-height shoes they also overlap with gaiters well.

Your toothbrush looks really heavy....have you tried drilling holes in it?
