FS: Montbell Hexagon 2P Double Wall Tent, ~3lbs ($100 shipped CONUS) on 10/01/2008 14:22:01 MDT Print View

Okay, so I bought this from Will, and between having a second son arrive and working on my MBA and 'retiring' from scouts, I've used this all of a single time since last year. Great tent, easy to set up, light, I like it but since I doubt I'll get any time to use it in the next year it's got to go.

So, my loss of time for backpacking is someone's gain. If you can accept UPS shipments and are in the continental US, I'll pay the tab for shipping this.

To sweeten the pot, in addition to the reduced price I'll throw in a six pack of ti stakes. They're similar to the basic Lazrs sold here at BPL. Heck, they may even BE the Lazrs, I can't remember where I bought what from.

I just have two requirements (beyond the continental US thing), 1) that you pay by paypal and 2) that you make sure the shipping address you want it shipped to is a verified address for your paypal account.

Anyhow, email me at jdmitch AT gmail if you're interested. I'll also try to watch this thread for updates.

Ok I got it set it up twice. I like it but it can't replace my single wall mentality(I tried). The tent is in good condition. The offer is as it was for me. Includes the 6 pack of Lazrs. $100 shipped in the CONUS.

Hey JB,

Have you tried setting it up as the fast-light fly only? You have to unclip the buckles underneath and the strap itself is all you need (rather than the whole inner tent).

I can't get to it anymore (because it's a premium member only) but I *think* Will's article above has details.
