How do I edit a post, There is no preview your post icon to see how it will look so it is guessing game sometimes. And there is no edit icon either. I would Like to be able to edit my post if I see problems/errors with them.

Look in the lower left corner of YOUR post for a yellow pencil icon. Note that ONLY you (as the poster) can see it. Click on it and you go to the edit page.
