Does anyone know of any stores, companies, or individuals who specialize in tailoring lightweight down jackets? (i.e. Montbell down jackets)

phdesigns.co.uk----do design your own as well as standard sleeping bags---i think they also do tailormade clothing---expensive quality gear made in england--i have phd vest, jacket and sleeping bag
