My Locale The State w/o a National Park
About Me Currently a high school English teacher--subject to change. I'm new to the world of hiking and never truly "camped" outdoors until my first backcountry hike in the Adirondacks last July. I did a 3 day hike up to Mt. Marcy with my sister, brother, and my German Shepherd, Fawn. My 2nd hike was the Northern Loop Trail. This year, my sister (an outdoor guide) is pushing me to do thru hike the JMT. Hopefully I make it!

Thanks for the feedback and help. I ordered the discontinued Granite Gear Vapor Ki as upon further reading, it seemed to be the only one (minus the Go Lite Jam) that did not rely on a sleeping pad ...

did you sell this pack? also, how did it fair for the JMT? I am hiking it in august and was looking at possibly getting this pack, but haven't found a lot of reviews for it.
