Good Charger Cables for you Tech?
I just went on Amazon and found a adapter that goes from 1 normal USB connection to a three way; Micro USB, Apple 30 Pin and Lightning connector. IT works well enough I also have one in my get home...

Trail Runner Recommendations: generous toe box, midfoot not too narrow, preferably low drop, good cushion and grip
I use a Asics GT2000 II and love it i have adopted it for my Crossift shoe now too. It works great and works well for both. Amazing grip in the hills on uneven surfaces and loose dirt and gravel.
