Stuff Sacks...
I'm the same as Jay, 3 bags, one for food, one for down sleeping bag and one for my clothes. I use dry sacks for the sleeping bag and clothes.

Kitchen cover...
I have a 5 X 8 Integral Designs siltarp that weighs 6.9 oz. Nicely made with lots of tie-outs. I particularly like the tie-out that they put in the centre of the tarp (suspends nicely from a tree).
