I have never had a knit hat that fit. My head is enormous (size 8). I asked Kat to make a xxxl. In under a week a beautiful custom one of a kind was delivered. I dig my hat. I have not taken it off...

RE-Valving
I ordered a kit from REI with the valve and glue. I am going to use hole punch with a piece of wood to make hole then try to seal it with the glue supplied.
