This works great. I added some teflon tape to the threads on my Sawyer and Evernew bladder as it was leaking a bit from the threads, not a big deal.

Separate sleeves
I carry down sleeves for sleeping and always wear them since I like to stick my arms out of my quilt (stomach sleeper.) Add a vest and I have a versatile, fully modular system.
