Virgin Falls and Cheaha SP overnights.
Great report, especially the photos. For some reason, I have never made it over to Virgin Falls, I think because the walk is so short. I need to get over there.

I don't know what temperatures you are using it in. But if you have a shell over it, I think its enough on the legs for well below freezing anyway, even when static.

I have used the Cap 4 material a bit now and really like it. It insulates a bit but really breathes well when you are working up a sweat. Throw a wind layer over it and it becomes much warmer.

Rab Demand
This is a really nice breathable jacket with very good weight. It's no longer available. I searched a long time to find an xl. Highly recommended.
