I bought this off ebay last night. I can see from Brian's blog that he advocates a tray to hold the esbit liquid and this pot holder/esbit fuel holder seems to do a few things in one.

Is that really correct weight?
I got same cookpot and with alu flat bottom (holds about 550ml water) and without lid it is 26g....is yours a smaller version?

This cup's flat bottom is alu as well so I hope the corrosion won't start. BTW, where do you get just the flat bottom from? Is there a store that sells that?

I just made these in-camp thongs from closed cell foam and tape. The pair (size 12) 56grams. EDIT: Sorry guys and gals I cannot change the photo to be pointing right way up.....
