Thanks Jeremy, my old poles weighed 12 oz, so for an hours work and $45 I got an easy 8 oz reduction.

My entire Heiny pot set up fits in a quart size zip lock container. I wrapped it with two layers of 1/8 inch volara foam and use it to rehydrate meals. Also great for washing dishes, bathing.

Nicholas, its true these shafts will make short poles but Im short so they work for me. Theyre also inexpensive enough that Im going to experiment with making adjustable poles as well.
