Poncho liner as a bivy?
I was thinking to make poncholiner. Poncholiner is like shirt with hood. Quilt or over quilt to add warmth. Maybe it can be bivybag? Any ideas?

bivy materials
Top: quantum or similar. Bottom: Silnylon or cuben. I don't sleep on too wet palaces, so holes in to bivy bottom is okay. Pad is outside of bivy.
