Don't know if this has been posted before but I saw this pic in the 2012 SOTO Japan catalog. It is a cutaway of the micro regulator valve. Typical needle valve for comparison .

Just a heads up that Sierra Trading post has some pretty good deals on the Atlas 12 series and Aspect along with the Tubbs Xpedition and Flex TRK models today. All these have heel lifts too. Us...
