New to the Lightweight culture, but it has been a highly educational experience. The lightest thing isn't always the best, read and use your judgment to pick out the next piece of gear. Get gear that will last you a long day on the trail.

My hats
Howdy, I just use a visor and a wool beanie. Nothing fancy. If I need more protection from the sun, I will use a bandana along with the visor. I love the addition of hoods on my jackets.
