The strata jacket is definitely going to be the warmest, the power stretch in second but more breathable than the strata (maybe not what you want while biking fast through the wind.

I don't really get any reactions to mosquito bites, I can kinda just let them bite me with no consequences, so that helps a bit. Would camping away from a lake on a ridge somewhere help?

Dang, I don't own any kind of mesh shelter. In camp I was planning on wearing my windshirt/windpants with a headnet.
