Re: Critique my first 3 season (L) gear list

Re: "Critique my first 3 season (L) gear list"

Re: "Critique my first 3 season (L) gear list"

"The extra height Asahi kettle may be cooling the exhaust to the point where it loses velocity and prevents sufficient flow of fresh oxygen past the burner. I got around this by reducing the c...

Re: Re: Need a Windshirt!!!! Ideas?
The MB UL wind shirt is only 1 extra oz with the hood than without. The Mistral has other differences, apparently. I have the MB UL (hoodless) and I'm not crazy about it. I think I'd go ...

Re: Re: My beercan volcano kettle
Casey - Thanks! I cut the chimney holes with a 2-1/16" (Starret, multi-purpose, yellow) hole saw. Then I used just a little 180 grit, then 320 grid sand paper to smooth out the hole. It's ...
