go for the Golite I still own on of those old Montbell Alpine Down jackets and the thing is warm! But if I had to buy a jacket now between the two I would go for the Golite Bitterroot. Much better customer service... |

probably just me I have found that I can get a much larger range out of the R2. Part of this may have to do with the fact that the terrain around here is flat, there always seems to be a slight breeze which favors... |
