My Regular Vapor weighed 2 pounds 4 ounces from the factory. The Medium belt weighs 8.35 ounces, so the just the pack weighs 27.65 ounces. I'd add an ounce or two for the long.

Never used a circuit, but have 2 vapor packs. They carry fantastic to 20, great to 25, fine to 28, and terrible beyond.
