"How much granola (weight-wise) do you guys usually take for a trip?" 500 calories x Number-of-Days. For me, that's about 3.5 ounces per day. Weight depends on caloric density.

MB- I believe you are correct. My Hexamid is 0.50, and now that I think about it, I'm sure I got the 0.74 for the ground sheet.
