take a look at alps gear with a scout troop discount. The clearwater bags are a good value, but not ultralight. as are there tents and packs. But I think tey will stand up to several philmont trips...

Squall classic
I don't think you can get 2 25" pads in it. I have one and I don't think there is any way with out them being on top of the side mesh. That would mean that you are laying over the bath...
