Jim, I would go with netting. Kids quickly outgrow clothes, and it gets expensive. That way they can wear what they already have. I use Deet, but my wife doesn't like 'chemicals.'...

Baseweight vs FSO
The real measure is FSO, to make you most efficient. Baseweight is a tool to identify the biggest offenders of extra weight, we can par down. I think we play games with ourselves to carry stuff...
