Good Chicken
I think that the freeze dried chicken that Harmony House sells is outstanding. I use it all the time on my trips and find it is has very good flavor and texture.

Depending on when you go you may not need a jacket. I was just at Philmont in early August. I brought a fleece jacket and never used it. It is one of the items I would not bring if I went again.
