I have both and prefer the ground hogs I'm sure the couglans have better holding power but they bend much easier but they are fine in soft soil

I think our own member Mike Moore had a much better design made with arrow shaft, tubing and Ti bike spokes. Sorry I know I could find it but would not know how to put up a link.
